In the description field for each of my models, I leave the link to what I am using. Yes, its only good as long as the supplier does not change the page, but it's a good permanent reminder for me.

When I finish working on a sequence for the day, I use the "package sequence" option and save it in my dropbox. I see it as my "Break glass in case of emergency" backup.

I worked out the hard way today this is priceless. I now have 3 sequences I need to re do as I lost a folder
