How would I play my own music on a FM frequency and then sync that to my controller, (DMX2-24).

What is the lag like?
If you're using normal FM broadcast, there is none. As soon as you introduce anything digital, like Bluetooth or streaming, it becomes unusable.

Roughly how much does an FM broadcaster cost
Mine was $60, so anywhere from a third of that to 1,000x that... because premium audio you know.

Yes, you would connect it to whatever device/computer was running your show with audio. In fact in my setup it's connected to a USB sound blaster plugged into the pi that runs FPP to run the shows.

I think I’ll go with the Ali Express because it's a lot cheaper. I'm probably only gonna use it for next year. Thanks for your help though.
