Correct. cheers as I’ve only got one set of pixels plugged into port 1, I’ve only set up as a test for configuration

I don’t know what’s going on now. I have the brown as positive, green yellow data and blue ground. They all flick on when I plug it in and then nothing.

Now there’s a few lights on with the ground disconnected

Power stayed on. Soo it must be the data and ground the wrong way around?

Ok, I did just go by the colours. How should I verify?

Oh ok, it is the one at the start. How do I solve that issue if that’s it? I’ve plugged the female from the controller to the male of the lights (side where D I is)

Ok got that reset and I’m back on to the IP address page 👍🏼

Would it give me a new IP address if I was to reset the controller, or reboot it?

The IP address hasn’t changed. There’s also a Wifi address?

Now I’m having trouble getting back on to the IP address page. It times out. I rebooted the controller, it still times out.

Thanks, I hadn’t changed the vender and model 👍🏼 i can’t upload input ? (As in your pic only output is a clickable option) And when I hold the test button on the controller it goes to reboot.
