We're currently looking at the 28th June for the Brisbane mini 2025. What does everyone think?

Hey Giles, Silly question, have you done a full factory reset on the f16? Mine failed at the Qld mini this year and I thought it was dead...dead, full factory reset and update of the firmware and it is like new.

I found just refreshing/reloading the browser which then showed which ports the "glitch" had selected. Then you can deselect them and select the ones you wanted. After a couple of years doing this it got to the point of having to reflash the firmware because I lost all network connectivity to it.

Thank you for sharing Alan, I hear you. Aside from knowing hello, goodbye and a few swearwords in a couple of languages, my comprehension with coding is about the same 😁

G'day Dom and Alan, got some time on Wednesday and updated the Baldrick's and can report all is running smoothly. Ran the same test sequence over an hour dropping the brightness down to 10% and no stalking or flickering. 👍👍 well done!

My FPP is on an RPi3, also not 1GBs. Hadn't thought of that! But I do need more ports

Thanks Dom, 1) Yep, I'll give it a go. 2) I had a "cunning plan". Until you mentioned it I thought xlights and/or FPP just omitted all unused channel data. I set all my controllers inputs to the max universe sizes, but now I see the error of my ways. I had 1 prop on just for testing and I've run...

All good thanks mate. Just the usual, go to another kids birthday party on the weekend, swap diseases, get sick 2-3days later, annoy parent whilst taking sick day. I'll update firmware tomorrow after work, kid going to school too (Yeh!). Sleepy time for me now.

Just having some grub, I'll set everything back up and test. Then get screenshots for you. Had a sick daughter the last two days so had some time to tinker

Another thing I'm noticing just running some bars effect in a sequence from FPP across a prop is that it is stalling every 20mins or so and needs a restart. The ESP chip is not warm to touch. edt: Sorry v1.28.1 and running at 5.25V
