For each group on e682 you will start the next channel to be +1 of the prevoius ending channel

You should only need 5 universes. 5*510 = 2550 channels 2550 channels / 3 colors = 850 pixels. You have 12*50= 600 pixels

I run two networks. Both sequencing and show computers have Two network cards ( one for lights and one for home computer network) This keeps the show traffic off my home network, but still lets me quickly transfer files from the sequencing computer to the show computer

Back to the original post. Sounds like you might need a Null Pixel.

Also.. the power supplies i bought (Meanwell while not from ray they also have one) were set to 220v input... in the US we use 110v (the little orange slider switch) this GREATLY effects the output voltage of the Power Supply....and perhaps damages the unit so: MAKE SURE THE INPUT VOLTAGE...

This should help identify which pixels are acting up.

So I received my lights from ray Wu. I got the ws2801 12v 100 pixel stings. I made one string that is 158 pixels long with a 30 foot leader (made with spt-2) using 3 null pixels. With out power injection the 158 pixel string worked just fine no noticable color shifting at the end of the...

I did email him about some ws2811 pixels which said 5v in the specs but 12v in the title.... he told me they were 5v I figured if he had 12v, we would have given me a link to the 12v or offered to sell me 12v... he didn't So I figured he didn't have them my next project I will have to...

OK. So I modified the diagram to show the ground connected from the controller to the string that has a separate power supply. See attachment. Does this configuration make sense for what I'm doing?
