You could just use a buck invertor to drop the voltage down to 12V - 5V and use the set up I show you and run the amplifier direct off the 36V as you can use the control circuit to just cut the speakers and not the supply to the amplifier
Hope this helps you out
I used a double throw double pole relay (DPDT)
As you see it cuts the speakers off but the amp stay on, also it turns the push button LED off when the speakers are running
What version of FPP are you using as the above video will need 9.4 as threre were problems with the eailer version and don't forget you router might change the WIFI IP address if it being a while since you ran FPP so use xScanner under tools in XLights to find the IP address of FPP
I need some help with my Tune to P5 panel that keeps on blowing fuses after a couple of hours running
The pannel is made up off 3 x 4 outdoor P5 panels with a 7.5 amp fuses providing power to each two panels
There is no vent for heat to escape or circulation, could this be cause of the problem ?
2025 bought a few problems this year with the tune to screen of p5 panels blowing fuses after a couple of hours running and not being able to find the cause I set up an old TV screen in the window and ran it off the PI from the p5 panel so I will have to look into the problem during the year...
Q check out the display locations and see if there are any around you and have a look to see if any idea's could work at you place while they are up and running
