Server power supplies were hard to source as a result of the bitcoin mining saga. They were a cheap way to power multiple ASIC miners. Seem as though that has dropped a bit they should come back to ebay. The other issue with buying the break outs were a lot of people were buying china copies...

From looking at my ebay history everything has gone up over the last year (Who would of guessed).

Reading through the funding models is interesting. If its something that is going to happen the display would have to be designed asap. its all pretty generic from NSW gov in regards to the T&C's.
The only grey area is what the space would be like does it all depend on scale of the proposed...
Is there any specific design you can share?
Getting a tool made for a specific purpose to blow mould is very very expensive ($10k+ and for something 1.2 meters maybe even up to $80k)

I use Ubiquiti equipment as you will find attempting to go 50 meters across a street with regular residential Wifi will simply not cope

If you are thinking of making an outdoor panel I would recommend talking to Troy from ELD to see if you can workout a backing plate which the panels mount to. Then you can build a frame around it.
Daryl might be be able to comment on how well the panels seal with the supplied gasket when he...
If your using outdoor panels don't weather proof the front they need natural ventilation.
Just a warning from personal experience with using polycarbonate / perspex for a front cover to a matrix. I'm not sure what the weather is like in your area but if it is warm and humid no doubt it will...
