That is not a reset ( I mean force it to do a full factory reset ) and then reprogram it again

So can you connect to that FPP at all? I had the same thing with an F16V5 last week, been running for 4 months perfectly, put it out to run the show and it would not work with any pi's, would not work on lan or direct wifi. I did a full reset and set it up exactly the same and away it went.

Try changing your ip address to something higher. How many pi's are you using?

I have some spare F16V3 16 output controllers that I could sell. What voltage pixels are you running?

Push another 1000 and you won't notice it anymore

That's a nice install. Did you drill the pvc or buy it?

Xlights is great for flipping, reversing and changing to suit what you have in real life. Just build it, power it up and then start swapping at xlights model level until you get it right, the sub menu for your model has all the available connections etc, bottom left, top right, you will work it out.

So have you got any equipment already? Have you ordered any? What do you think you would like to do, maybe mark up a picture of your house and post here if you need a bit of help

I read somewhere about these seed pixels being in groups of 3 and it seems to depend on where you cut them. That might be worth looking at.....

The 192.168.8.1 is the default IP when it can't see the wired network ( wifi hotpsot I think it's called ) Set that up maybe under the wlan heading
