I have had this happen, did a manual reset on the controller back to factory, and then put it back to my settings and it's working fine again

That is not a reset ( I mean force it to do a full factory reset ) and then reprogram it again

So can you connect to that FPP at all? I had the same thing with an F16V5 last week, been running for 4 months perfectly, put it out to run the show and it would not work with any pi's, would not work on lan or direct wifi. I did a full reset and set it up exactly the same and away it went.
