You can power inject from the same PSU, you just need the cables and T junctions.

Regarding the 75 pixels before going yellow, are you power injecting? The PSU should be able to power more than that, but the drop off occurs through the line, so power injecting at 100 pixels should solve this until the PSU is fully loaded. I got everything off AliExpress, took a few weeks to get here. If your power supply is 36v you need to ensure your board, relay and buttons all work with 36v. I haven't seen how common it is but you might struggle, the board here is 3-30v for example.
