I'd try deleting ports 5 down, restart FPPD and then add one prop at a time, test and see what happens.

What happens when you test one prop at a time? Sounds like it might be power issues. To test one at a time, click in FPP on status / control then select display testing down the bottom. On the left hand side you can pick individual models to test in the model name drop down.

Hi, should probably be enough power if you don't go full brightness. Another solution is to get the pixel breakout extension boards and run one Cat 5 cable and one power cable instead of 10 strands. Xlights will know as you setup each port in FPP...

I’m seeing 1000 bullet pixels at $430ish so it still works out about half price.

I feel like I am getting ripped off with those pixel poppers. $80 including postage for 1000 pieces of plastic but no other option
