I know the thread is a aged, but I want to share my experience, and hope it may help others. My 5A-75B Colorlight Receiver card v 8.2 came with version 11 PWM which did not work with my panels at all. I upgraded my 5A-75B Colorlight Receiver card to version 13 Normal. And then it kinda worked...
