Coxie's Core Flute Merry Christmas Sign

I don't have pictures yet, and my edges don't look near as clean as Coxie's, but..... From the distance that you will see them from, they look great!!! Mike

Thanks! This helps alot! I made a few mods to the design. My letters are a little taller. I cut two letters, one smaller for a backing and form on the black backing for strength, a guide, and maybe block some light out. Might be overkill! I am currently glueing the sides on my top...

Coxie's Core Flute Merry Christmas Sign

Wow how time flies. I had intended to try to make this for my 2012 show and low and behold, I ran out of time that year and the 2013 season! Well, I am now working on the 2014 season, I have my letters cut out, and am getting ready to hotglue the sides to the fronts using the "Non-Yellowing"...

That is great feedback, but I am also curious about the corners. In other words, when you look at the pictures, the front of the letters join up to the sides almost perfectly and you don't see any of the flutes. Did you cut the edges at a 45 degree and join them? Thanks for the help and...

Coxie's Core Flute Merry Christmas Sign

I absolutely love your Merry Christmas sign. So much so that I am going to attempt it for my 2012 show. The biggest question I have is "how did you join the coro at the corners of the letters to make it look so clean"? The joining of the 50mm sides to the top of the letters is gorgeous. Mike.

Fasteddys RGB Coro Canes - Basic Instructions

Hey Eddy, Is step three of your directions do I understand correctly that you cut away some of the module top to disperse the light better? Just looking for clarification. They look great! Mike.

    Learning about Capacitors

I have learned that playing with capacitors is great fun! I now know why they discharge faster than batteries, and I want to get some smaller radail capacitors to throw to my friends to light up their day:)
