I've got a bunch of seed pixles (10cm spacing) and I have found that the hole spacing on some props is too far to use them when you have to skip a hole as it is for the next number to return back down the that section of the prop...

Thats very nice. Yeah I have access to a laser at work, only 100w but even that turned down does a great job. Are you drawing your own designs or can find the files online somewhere? cheers

I made some last year. What's your process when making props? Tracing stencils, cutting on a laser cutter or cnc?
