Wattage doesn't matter IF the total power (watts) of the lights you are running is less than the total power of the power supplies you have powering them. I would also recommend not running your power supplies at or near full capacity.
Power injection on window frames is easy as the start and end of the strings should be at the same corner of the window, simply join the power cables of the first and last pixel together.
This is my layout, its my third year using pixels and I have been adding bits each year.
The tree on the RHS is flat and the gap toward the top is where my countdown clock is located. The circle in the centre of the layout is lights around a push to listen button.
This is a great idea. Unfortunately, this is only my second year using XLights and RGB pixels and I don't have the skills to create the sequence from scratch but I would love to add it to my display.
