I've got a strand of pixels wrapped around a wattle tree in my yard. It's just modeled as a single straight line, I'm not sure what else I can do with it, A spiral tree is a possibility, but I'm not sure I don't think it would map correctly, because its across a number of branches.
Not a cul de sac, but only have houses one one side of the street, across the road is a nature reserve/park, If it came to it, I'm sure I could convert the street to a One-Way for a night times to assist traffic flow.
I've often wondered why you can't (or if you can?) buy pixels with some large gauge wires running down the back of them, tapped back into the normal "3 wires" every 50 pixels or so. That's all my power injection is.
Is this because all of the effects in sequencing software get mapped to a matrix (or group of matrices) in the end? It's easier to think about how the display will look if the physical layout of the lights matches the matrix the effects are mapped to.
I'm struggling to see the attraction of screens?
If I wanted a video display, I'd just reverse a projector and shine it through my curtains, or spin around my TV and play a DVD on it?
