Made a jig to drill my holes, I'm not 100% happy with it yet, but does an ok job considering it was hand drilled. I gave away my drill press about 3 years ago as I never used it, and this is the first time I've regretted that decision! Need to get the alignment right - will share the stl once...

Has anyone investigated using ikea suspension railing to mount their pixels? The holes are 20mm, so would need some sort of 3d printed bush to accept a pixel, which is probably the biggest issue, but I feel there could be other products that could be used for this. The holes are...

Looks like i've locked in my solution then - will be using the 50x25mm DETA trunking and drilling a million holes. Fun times.

Did you need to drill out the other side, or is the 40mm sufficient to house the entire light? Which lights are you using for this? The square ones, or bullet? Thanks!

This is great! Love the 3d printed holders - do you have the STL for them please? I assume the magnets screw in to these holders, and you have used them in 2m intervals? Did you use anything to attach the ducting to the 3d print, or is it well held?
