Hey Mac,
I live in Harrison I came and checked the the Huddy street show out at christmas the logistics of all the mega trees wired together is really impressive.
I did my first show last year. Adding more props and a MEGA tree. Happy to help where I can with hardware and connecting up to...
I have used some Ray Wu and ETOP only for one season though and have had no issues.
Email/ whats app them directly to get the best deals. I would also recommend planning as much as you can and try to maximise your order to save on shipping
I only started in September last year and found Greg’s channels really useful. Also talks how to setup FPP and run the network for your show.
The Baldrick Facebook page is really helpful as well
Yes you can run 750 pixels per port on a Baldrick. But you will need to make sure you have enough power to power balance or inject.

Greg has some really good videos and uses Baldricks in the demos. It helped me so much over the past few...
You need to have a controller added in xlights to do this.
Go to Controller tab select a controller and select visualise.
From there you can can drag and drop them in the order they are connected to the controller
I can’t talk to falcon controllers. I decided to do a show in September. I have a Baldrick 8 and 17 they haven’t skipped a beat and have been really easy to set up.
I have a Raspberry pi running FPP (falcon pi player) the Pi is connected to my home network via wifi. The pi is then plugged into...
I’ve realised something important in this hobby… I don’t just enjoy the lights — I really enjoy building controller boxes 😅
So I reckon it’s time for a show-and-tell thread where everyone shows off their controller box builds.
Neat wiring?
Over-engineered mounts?
Cable management so good it...

I have one of these multimeter and has worked without any issues for 4 years. I think it’s a good price with out being to cheap or to expensive.
How come you are looking at changing your Smart receiver boxes to baldricks. I have only used Baldricks. I am really happy with them and haven’t caused any issues for my show. If I came across a second hand Falcon at a good price I would probably buy it just to try them.
Most people purchase there pixels from overseas.
The main sellers of LED’s are:
Paul from ETOP
Ray Wu
Yvette LED.
You can find Paul and Ray Wu on AliExpress or message them directly.
It is best to build your light show in x lights then do your layout and figure out what you need...
I have one baldrick 17 with two Lrs-350-12. The board isn’t pishing huge numbers of LEDs though.
My Mega tree build will have a baldrick 17 with 3 LRS-350-12 and a LRS-150 for the topper
