    yeah power supply>Controller>Lights. Yeah the power supply is correct. I bought another Strip of lights recently that have a bigger power supply and tried it but made no difference

    yeah they are. everything is set to the brightest. that why I'm thinking its that controller. but not sure how the controller even works with 2 wires.

    Hi, Trying to work out why my lights are dull this year. i have Lytworx 27.9m 400LED Smart Fairy Lights / Low Voltage Power supply is good at 24V, Out of "smart controller" is 24V (not connected to lights). Anyone know how these work? I'm an electrician and it's got me confused how these lights...
