I live in Karratha, its hit 40 plus most days, I think its 30 odd deg now and it's not even 7am. I don't think heat has a big effect.

Mines stops running, maybe it's a home edition of windows thing. I have mine switch to never go to sleep and the screen brightness turned down to 10%, but my biggest issue is heat.
