Falcon F16v4 Light Show Not Displaying

I have tested the show on my lights in the garage and everything worked fine. Once I put the lights up outside, I unplugged the Falcon f16v4 and moved it outside to plug into the lights. I noticed that it doesn't connect to my wireless from outside so I brought the controller back inside to configure the playlist and schedule. I then unplugged it and hooked it back up outside. Nothing is displaying. Does powering it down and/or not having an internet connection cause issue with the playlist. I have also tried continuous mode and that doesn't work either. I know the pixels are connected because when I press the test button on the controller they work.

I can't tell if unplugging and plugging the controller is causing the problem or the fact that it can't connect to wireless. Any thoughts or ideas are much appreciated.

You don't have to have an active internet connection on the controller for the show to run, but it would certainly make troubleshooting easier. If you leave it inside and connected to the internet, do you see on the status page that the show starts running when scheduled? I would check that first, I think.

Otherwise it could also be an issue with having your outputs configured properly. I assume you're using FPP Connect and allowing xLights to manage your outputs, right? Double-check that everything is on the correct ports in the visualizer and push the configuration again.

Thanks for your reply. When connected indoors it shows the sequence playing on the status page. Yes I have xLights manage the outputs and use FPP connect. I will double check the outputs. Thanks.
