Sydney/NSW Sydney Mini - Planning Session

Hi everyone,

The mini seasons are amongst us; and we need to start kicking off planning.
We have the venue for the Sydney mini locked in for 1st/2nd June.

This Friday, 8pm, in @Troy ELD 's Zoom Room we will be holding a planning session to discuss

* Who is assisting to organise, and what (please!)
* Topics & Presenters
* Door Prizes
* Communications

Remember - the mini is for you - we need your help for presenting a topic to your peers. You don't have to be an expert, just someone with a bit of an interest in what you're presenting.

@Skymaster I have already asked Advatek for a donation. They have confirmed a PixLite E4-S Mk3 controller and an Advatek Lighting hoodie. They were interested to know what exposure opportunities they had? I said they'd get a mention, likely logo on the prize page (aka powerpoint page) and would check if anything else. I also said to send me the unit and I will put on the display (they are doing this) with a printed note it was donated by them.
