Falcon f48v3 ethernet issue

Hi All,

I have a falcon f48 differential controller I am using for the first time this year..
The controller will be working fine after power on , however after a half hour to an hour of operation it stops listening on the network.
The ethernet port on the controller still has link and traffic leds but the controller web interface no longer responds. A power reset of the controller fixes it for a time..I notice the lan switch chip on the f48 board runs quite hot.

Anyone else experienced this?

how recent is the firmware? I think I had that issue on my v4 when I first got it - but seemed to go away with a firmware update.

Thanks yes firmware was 2.50 and had bug where if you enabled test mode and also sent it E.131 it would lock up. I was trying to sort out channel mapping issue between xlights and the F48 so was using test mode regularly. I upgraded to 2.59 and all good now.
