Do Xconnect (3 pin) panel-mount connectors exist?

Yes.
Search XLR panel mount. You can also get waterproof panel mount options.

It was late at night. Doh.
I actually asked about getting Ray Wu and Xconnect bulkhead mount connectors made a year or 2 back and had no luck.

It was due to the lack of bulkhead connectors for pigtails that I started selling the 4 core cable glands.

I may have had a couple of wines for the entire year. I don't think I've had a beer this year so it's not to blame. Not enough caffeine in my Pepsi Max to keep me going I think.
 
YourPixelStore (US) has something similar I have put into one of my boxes. The connectors mount on the controller, then use a pigtail to connect to the strings. I used this for a permanent install, so when not in season, I can take off the pigtails and they are kinda flush. This picture is right when I installed it, still had to clean it up and get it painted to blend in. Screenshot 2024-11-21 075758.jpg
