I am hoping once my display is set up I can further investigate the v13 firmware issue and try and get a fix written.

It turned out to be a networking issue. After an adjustment on which NICs to use for the colorlight card on FPP he had to restart his router and everything worked after that. Originally he was using a usb NIC for the colorlight card but we suggested swapping them as the USB is better suited for communicating with FPP and the onboard NIC is better for colorlight cards.
