Xlights Sequencer Output to Controller

Using Xlights to output Megatree sequence (using built in Xlights effects) to Baldrick 8 but sequence is not playing in the pixels.

Controller is green and connected in Xlights.

Running ethernet switch from PC to switch to Baldrick

Does anyone know what I have missed in the setup?

Pictures attached, unsure if this should be in the Baldrick threads?

Your computer and controller are set to the same IP address. This wont work. They must be different.
Change the computer to be on say .148 instead
 
Ah right! I have updated that to 148 but has not enabled output.

Should I remove the ethernet cable between my switch that goes to my home router?
and disconnect wifi on my laptop?
 
It's hard to say without understanding your home network and IP addressing etc.
I am guessing everything is connected to your home router (via switch, wifi, or directly) , you shouldnt be setting any IP addresses on your computer's ethernet connection (leave it on automatic) , and you should only have a single network connection (either wifi or cabled).

Jump in the Zoom Room (Help -> Zoom in xLights) and raise your hand and someone can screenshrae and look with you.
