Falcon wont test lights

I have a Falcon F16v4 on which I have a smart remote. I have 5 x 100 candy canes but only the first 200 light up (I have checked the ones after to make sure they work from another controller and aslo that pixel 200 is sending data down the line). When I use the Xlights test function to test the controller the lights after 200 dont turn on. So I thought that I wouild use the test function on the falcon controller and it wont turn on any lights. In fact, as you can see from the 3rd screenshot, it seems to hang in retrieving the configuration, but when I click close, it seems to bring it up. In any case I can see that that port (17a) is showing 500 pixles. Any ideas would be appreciatedVisualiser.pngsetup.pngfalcon.png

You're running some quite old firmware there (March 2022) - i would suggest upgrading to the latest to start with

It might also be worth factory resetting the falcon, setting it's IP again and then doing an upload output from xLights.
 
I notice port 2 on the receiver is configured for 200 nodes. You have double quadruple checked your cabling, etc? ;-) And that you're using a normal ethernet cable from the controller to the receiver, not a crossover...
 
Just updated to 34 and I still cant test via the Falcon Test BUUTT i sorted out the candy cane issue. I made a stupid mistake and mixed up the outputs (1 mixed up with 2) and it just so happens that output 1 was configured for 200 pixels. Sorry to waste your time Skymaster. I will keep trying to work out why the Falcon test isn't working once I get the display set up.

Yes that is exactly what I did (cabling was wrong. So I have sorted out the 200/500 pixel problem but still cant test from Falcon
 
Are you SURE it is a falcon issue and not another issue? Like a local network, or browser issue?

What happens if you UNPLUG the SR and try to access the screens?

Only have the network cable and the physical ports plugged into the falcon and unplug everything else, and test.

Unplug EVERYTHING except the network cable.
