Hi i need some help after loosing all my port allocations in xlights visualiser I have started re adding them but now it's coming up with this gap in models error. How can I fix this or dose it need to be fixed? Thanks

Sounds like you have a multi-string model - like a tree on say ports 10 and 11. But on the back of the tree model on port 10, you've added another prop. You shouldnt do this, as it means the channel numbers are no consecutive for the tree.
