Thank you again for the help form this forum this year! Wouldn't have happened without your assistance and resources.
The goal for me in continual improvement and I think I am getting there:

All props are hand made (thanks to the Real Estate Agent neighbour with plenty of corflute!). Lights are either 31V Bunnings or Big W light, controlled via 2 x DMX2-24. Flood lights are 4WD Supercentre (with an Aliexpress DMX decoder and an old 12V power supply). Banner is from GarageBuddy.
I was slightly disappointed with the Candy Canes, They were a LOT of work, and the red was too dim (sprayed with Automotive lacquer paint). Uh well you live and learn! Emphasises that next year I will redo them with Pixels!
My biggest learning was a second year at (re)learning xlights. My lesson for all, Remember to set the colours correctly on your models, and in your sequences. Saves significant headaches!
A lot of fun!, and I'm already planning for next year.
