Promoting your show

To put it into perspective, we have hundreds, often a thousand or more people come through in one night, more towards Christmas eve.

These are stats of just cars driving past, unique license plates, this is for the entire day, though not just the light show, but it really shows how busy and how fast it gets busy. Duplicate plates have been removed to give a more realistic count, i.e to void neighbours coming/going multiple times a day etc.

It shows weekends very well.

This next chart shows the volume of people by how many people activated the intrusion zone on one of my cameras (the one watching the main entrance to the show in this case) Don't take the numbers as actual visitors, as people would wander in and out of the zones multiple times.

What are you using for cameras to give this data.

I’m getting close to needing to upgrade my old hikvision system with something a little newer

I think I will get a Baldrick Signals next year to count how many people turn up for my display

One is a standard camera, but has intrusion detection/AI built in, the other is a fully automatic ANPR license plate reading camera.

I live on a main road, so having it too busy just won't work (no stopping in the cycle lane allowed during commuting hours).

I have a cheap lightbox outside as my FM "Tune In" sign. I also have a laminated A4 poster with a URL and QR code for PulseMesh.

This seems to be enough people can stop after hours without clogging up the road. Also, people walking by can tune in now with PulseMesh.

I'm getting a handful, but I don't want to go bigger until I can move to a road that can handle more people stopping by.
