3D Layout for xlights

i have taken over 200 photos of my property for a 3d layout, via a drone
is anyone able to convert all these to a 3d view of my house for use in xlights ?
i have tried with meshroom, but it never finishes,

Drone photos + Meshroom is the way I got my model.

It has been a couple of years since I did it, but I'm happy to have a play if you want to share the images.

What setting do you have in Meshroom for ImageMatching -> Method? If all your images are sequential, you can use Seq & Vocabulary, otherwise use VocabularyTree. FWIW, I used VocabularyTree when I did mine.
