Registrations: 35 spots are open for the Sydney Mini 2026

Registrations are now open for the Sydney Mini for a two event. We have 35 spots available.
This year we will have Guest speakers from USA and the UK these will be live feeds. Again it will be fully catered by Maurice Cafe (hot beverages all day, both days) morning teas and lunches both days and afternoon tea on the Saturday.​
The Saturday night Social will be at the Ettamongah Hotel at Kellyville "bout 10 mins drive from the Venue. After we finalise the program over the next 2 weeks it will be posted, so if anyone would like to present you are most welcome the contact the organisers.
  • DATES: 4-5th July
  • Venue: Woolworths Bella Vista, 1 Woolworths Way Bella Vista
  • Cost: $70
  • Saturday 4th July 9:00am to 4:00pm
  • Meals: Catered morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch. Hot beverages
  • Saturday Night Social: 7:00pm to Up to you! Ettamogah Hotel Kellyville Cnr Merriville &, Windsor Rds, Kellyville Ridge NSW 2155
  • Sunday 5th July 9:00am to 3:30pm (could change)
  • Meals: Catered morning tea and lunch.
  • SwapMeet: In the carpark outside (TBC)
  • Door Prizes: Too many to put here 2 x 380w Moving Heads, Pair of angel Wings with pixels
  • Presentations: For beginners to experienced members
  • New Members (under 2 years) Will receive a show bag, includes a prop with pixels to put together and display working!

I live near the airport and can possibly pick anyone up that needs to from the airport. I probably need to get there a little bit before it starts as I’ll probably have a little bit of equipment that I need to set up.

This will be a good opportunity for inviting new members. Meals and snacks are provided both days Vendor sponsored givaway door prizes each new member (Under 2 years) will be given a show bag (1 x 50 pixel Prop, 1 x String 50 bullet pixels, 1 x wiring diagram, 1 x power supply, 1 x pixel tester)

thanks, ill have a look into flights. Likely have to leave little early on sunday to get home.
