    Soldering all the pixels into place and power injecting at the same time. The strings of pixels were cut very short previously... this took a lot of soldering!

    Using a hot punch. I used a circle ring on the end of a soldering iron to melt each hole out. Each hole popped out as a small plastic circle.

    Made from 5mm corflute and 25mm conduit from Bunnings. Holes were punched by a hot circle punch, this melted the edges which helped with rigidity. This was made to align 12v regulated Ray Wu icicles to a grid for text and other effects.
