Well after a ton of reading and lots of board building etc, I finally have a Halloween display up and running. I had planned for a breathing grave and a crank ghost, but the motors I had were too weak (always next year). I had used LOR last year for a friend's display and liked it, but decided to use HLS for my own display. Here is a link to 2 videos, hope you like them:

I feel like a 1,000,000 bucks about now.....whew now have to think about X-mas..

Thanks, I think it came out OK for first effort.
NS is kind of bad for Hurricane like conditions in OCT-NOV, so I have t be careful what I put in yard.... I am working on a 6ft talking tree for Christmas using PVC and LED rope light. HLS is awesome for face sequencing...
 
Very nice for first time! Nice to see someone else using HLS for singing faces, I agree it is very easy to use. I Look forward to your Christmas display.
