Ok Guys

I guess it is time to start thinking about the Sydney Mini 2016

The location is at the Sydney Fish Markets, Pyrmont. cost will be $20 per person.

this will cover lunch on Saturday (seafood) and other bits and pieces for the mini

Sunday lunch will be open to everyone to visit the food court at the markets

Who would like to help run it? Please post here as without everyone's input nothing will happen

It would also be great to see some new people doing some talks. this would help give the regulars a chance to sit back a little and enjoy the mini also. The more people that help the better

What Ben is trying to say is that he would like someone else to step up and run the 2016 mini.

I'm sure he'd be willing to assist - you don't have to be an expert to organise the mini, the community will rally behind you and assist.

So now is the time to start talking about the things you guys want covered, if you missed something at the last one and need to know, make it known now that way everyone gets ideas and can put feedback towards it, maybe even run a couple of them at the same time throughout certain break/down times that way if you miss one you can go to it later,
I look forward to this mini, not sure if I can do a talk but hey, never know we will see... might come up with something,

I will always lend a hand. After my adventures with bending the acrylic tube I'm going to try vacuum forming next. If I get something good by then I could show it off.

being one of the newest newbies for Sydney, I am all for any mini meet. I would love to go and learn from the greymatter trust. Still just wetting my toes...

Depending on when it is , if I attend (I would like to) , am happy to do a presentation or two.
(Now that I have two seasons under my belt)

I'd be keen as the qld one is scheduled for a weekend when I'm on shift. May have to do a Sydney or Melbourne one instead.

I will try to keep all dates available, lol, just let me know and I will shuffle things, not too many birthdays/anniversaries/etc in April or May so I should be pretty good for then,

Are we still able to use the fish markets. We have been lucky the last few years to be able to use such an awesome venue.

What do others think about Vivid? As a potential visitor I think I'd prefer non Vivid time.
