So here goes, to what I believe is the first mini in Perth. at my house in Landsdale. If you don't know what a mini is then have a look at the wiki and Christmas mini forum.

Dates: 16/17th June 2018 Cancelled
Location: Landsdale, Perth
RSVP by: May 16 (see below to reserve your spot)
Max attendees: 10

Wiki page: https://auschristmaslighting.com/wiki/2018-Mini-Perth

Do we have have volunteers for presentations or perhaps a show and tell.

What would you like to talk about?

That sucks. I will be in Perth (Landsdale as well) the weekend 6/8 Jul, close but not close enough :(. This could have been my 3rd mini for the year.

Oh, not much help - perhaps xLight basics

:laugh::laugh: What am I talking about?!?! Anything basic (to learn), advanced to inspire us...

We are using a Raspberry Pi as our PC ... if that helps any...

Gareth I can assist with hardware, models and some demo sequences. Would be great if we could get some bright sparks from the east to lend their experience. Count me in to help in setup if required.

Crap I'm away. Would of been great for a Mini. Will have to PM you and catch up later in the year if your keen.

For the Record we have had a Mini in Perth, I can't member who hosted it. it was held in someone house and they lived SOR

For now I would like attend but will not know until closer to the event.

Some have asked about B&B, sorry I have very little knowledge. Perhaps I could suggest Airbnb or try a web search around the Landsdale area. Most hotels are closer to the CBD.

My wife has kindly offered to put on lunch, snacks, drinks etc. In order I can cover the cost of this does anybody have any suggestions? I was thinking perhaps $10 per head/day to cover. If anybody has any specific dietary requirements then please PM me, we are mostly a gluten free family so that is not a problem.

I work IT and have access to zoom with cloud recording, laptop, webcam on a tripod and USB mic/speacking if you think it would be of use, I would just need wifi
