HELP! Trying to use Advatek Assistant to setup controllers that worked last year. Able to find controllers listed but keep getting error shown in pic #3. I press "Yes" but it does not do anything. The controller IP's match the the Adapter address, but will not bring up menu to change port output brightness, allow to update firmware etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The error is a windows error for your local PC. Is your PC on the same IP Range as your show network?

169.254.x.x is a link local address and should not be used as a static address. Windows will constantly assign you a new link local range. you should use an address like 192.168.1.x or whatever your router hands out in that range.

You will need to set your computer IP Address in windows on the 169.254.26.X /24 subnet just not .11-14 to be able to communicate with devices in that range.
Once connected would suggest changing the IP addresses on each device to a private IP address range i.e. 10.X.X.X. 172.16.X.X or 192.168.X.X and then ensure your PC is on the same subnet.
