Go back and look at the install instructions...
I'm not 100% if location matters .. but .. I think you need to have nutcracker located at:

C:\wamp\www\nutcracker

you are correct the locations are


/wamp/www/nutcracker
/xampp/htdocs/nutcracker


i have stated to unzip to any directory (in your case [/size]C:\wamp\www\smeighan-nutcracker-1.0-343-g301704a\smeighan-nutcracker-301704a)

[/size]go there and do a ctl-a, ctl-c
[/size]
[/size]1) now create c:\wamp\www\nutcracker
[/size]2) cd to this directory and do a ctl-v
[/size]
[/size]
[/size]in the future,
[/size]1) unzip the file anyplace
[/size]2) ctl-a, ctl-c from that directory
[/size]3) ctl-v in the nutcracker directory.
[/size]
[/size]this takes around 5-10 seconds.
