Baldrick8 Lighting only 1 LED on 1 Port

I bought the Baldrick8 board a few weeks ago and it's been great for a newby!

I'm having an issue though I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced - I have pixels connected to three ports. I used to be able to control them using xlights, but now even when I access the board via my browser and turn on test mode, only the first LED on port 1 turns on.

Has anyone got any tips on what might be the cause or how to troubleshoot? All fuses look to be fine.

A screenshot of what the output settings looks like would be the best start. If you've had a mistake in xlights that has changed the number of pixels that could be the cause.

I actually tried a bit of troubleshooting this morning and I suspect that something has blown within the WS2812 strand. I tried using another strand and it seems to work ok. I'll try swapping out the first pixel and fingers crossed that will do the trick
