If you're referring to the lights, I wouldn't take much notice of them. It's a big budget TV commercial and the lights are probably custom made for the ad, not store bought ones.
It didn't look like a massive budget display but did seem somewhat computer controlled which made me wonder if it was not a commercial display and might have been one of our buddies here is all.
