corrugated polycarbonate sheet, OH MY!

I had some extra pixels laying around and wanted to make sure they made their way into this year's display. This is what I came up with. My latest creation is a 25x14 matrix using corrugated polycarbonate sheet I found at home depot

Pixels were painstakingly drilled at 2" centers (all 350 of them).

Very nice, but would have taken some time to put all those holes in, but im sure the results will be worth the effort

LOTS of drilling I think the whole project took maybe 2 hours? Not horrible. CNC would have been the preferred method but it's hard to beat $22 and a can of spray paint.
