dead pixlite 4

Hi Guys, well i just go around to playing with my new pixlite 4 and i think i just killed it. Getting power to the board at 12v, 12 v coming to the outputs but now power lights and status lights crap crap crap.

Any ideas for testing the unit or is it dead

call Advatek direct, backup is first rate, helped me out with problems (my end also- not boards)
