Do Multifunction Lights Count As An Animated Display Element?

Asking this because I'm adding my display to the location map and don't want to get in trouble for accidentally selecting the wrong option in the Animated/Non Animated field.

They would probably be classed as non animated. The animated probably should be worded as computer controlled which is what I think that it is mainly referring to. Selecting the wrong option won't make any difference to anyone except possible visitors to your site. You definitely aren't going to get sent to the naughty corner.
