ECG-p12X help

Hello,
I've got an ECP-P12X module and it doesn't work thru ethernet, tested the same cable on my laptop and the cable works.(dipswitch set to 0000). RJ 45 led's wont lit up! Also don't get any connection with the bootloader. Windows 10 makes the sound that there is usb connected... (dipswitch set to 1111)
Heartbeatled is presentLed 4 (powered up board) is present
Using option 3 for the K1 power terminal
The jumper contacts are open '' P1 '' or not connected
Any Ideas ?
Bought a small dance club with a nice pixel wall using Madrix and this controller
