ECG-P2 only outputting first universe from each channel

After some much appreciated help on temviewer the other night from Yagoona, I think I've found the issue with the P2 to be that it is only sending data out for the first configured universe (univ 3, pixels 1-169 are functioning). I've tried with multiple (working) strings and I can't get anyway to happen for pixel 170 on universe 3 (first configured universe) or any pixels on the universe that follow it (universe four).


Nothing is enabled in the effects page and I've attached a screenshot of my string config page. I'm using tls3001 and injecting power every 36 pixels (When set to white there is no pinking/yellowing off happening for what is working).


I get the same results with the test pattern, da_e1.31 and LSP


Anybody know why nothing is happening with the pixels connected to the second universe (no. 4)? Should I email Ed?

EDIT: I am using the latest (I think) firmware, 2.7, installed from factory.

Are you using the P2's test pattern to check or software? If software whats your output config?
Also whats the cable distance between pixel 169 - 170?


Just some things to check.
 
I vaguely recall that in the effects tab I had to set the 2nd universe up with a rgb order for things to work. It's too late for me to think straight and show is running so I'm not going to attempt to login and confirm.
