Everything works from Xlights but DMX doesnt work from Falcon Player

Hello All,
This is my first year with christmas displays. i have made some sequences and i added DMX spot lights. i am using a raspberry Pi to schedule my shows. the lights work but the DMX spotlights do not. is there a setting i am missing to include them in the falcon player?

What are you using as the DMX interface from the Pi to the DMX cabling? A usb dongle or a cape?

On the serial outputs page, you need to define the Type as DMX and the Universe and start address.
Also , connect the DMX to port, 2 , 3 or 4 . Not Port 1
