Hey All

Has anyone come across an issue with the F16v5 where the ethernet ports suddenly stopped working?

I had it up and running for a week (3 - 4 hours a night) and it was working perfectly until 2 hours into running last night.

I noticed that part of my show appeared frozen, so went to check on it. What I found was that the ethernet port on the v5 had stopped sending data and the link lights were off.

I wasn't able to connect to the web interface via ethernet, but was able to connect via the wifi. I did a soft reboot but no change on the ethernet (I tested the light ports and they all still work fine). I changed the cable and no joy.

I then tried a hard reboot, but the controller now gets stuck on the falcon logo at boot and won't go any further.

I'm planning on trying a factory reset and / or a firmware reinstall tonight, but failing that, has anyone got any ideas?

I have emailed support@pixelcontroller.com, but just trying to cover all my bases :)

I have had this happen, did a manual reset on the controller back to factory, and then put it back to my settings and it's working fine again
