Falcon 16V3 Resistor Network

Just a question, watched a video sometime ago where it was suggested to replace the 100R resistor networks with 50R, to be closer to the WS2811 recommendations.

My question is this now a common "fix" and has it been successful in improving the performance of the pixels. Have looked for a supplier without success, Jaycar's response was never heard of them, so looking elsewhere. Tried an unsuccessful search on the net; any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you experiencing pixels flickering due to a long lead from the controller to the first pixel. If not I wouldn’t worry about it

Thanks LDL and ozzimadman, not experiencing problems at this stage, just a question as a result of the video.
Am already using 3 wire ground, 2 voltage and one data; with Null pixel on long runs and power supplies at the model to minimise voltage drops.
Will not worry about it Thanks for the responses.
