Falcon f16v3 fail

So the board(1 year old) has been working fine and was working yesterday, so nothing has been touched or changed. Turned it on today and no pwr or led1 light thus no power the board only the ports. Power supply still reading 12v. I assume the board is dead . Where can I get one so close to live date

Your power switch looks to be set to external power and not the V2 input (input below this switch).
Set it to V2. The other switch is already set for 12v.
