Forum Profile - Upload gif

Hi All,

I have been trying to upload a gif as my avatar using the modify forum profile. When I choose a *.gif file it uploads ok but is displayed as a png.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Gareth,

I would guess that the GIF is too big and is being resized as a PNG file.

Try making it smalller (I don't know what the forum limits are) and upload again,
