Fpp background sequence

Is there a way in FPP to run a background sequence on my tune to sign while a sequence is running on everything else?

This is almost exactly what i want. I just cant get it to work. Keep in mind this is running from the remote controller. When i select remote effect start it doesnt give me the ESEQ i added.

To add more information....I have both presets saved in both controllers. On the Remote i have it set up as "Effect Start" and on the Player i have it set up as "Remote Effect Start". When I run both presets, it works. But when i start a playlist it doesn't trigger the preset....

I trigger mine as a seperate item in the scheduler before I run the show.

Do you ever use the Tune-To sign as part of and of the sequences?
If not, why not run it completely standalone, it's own scheduler etc?
