Good news and bad news.
The good news is that the next shipment of Baldrick 8's isn't far off leaving the UK ready to head down under.
The bad news is that the price rise on a bunch of stuff that was planned in January 2024 happened this morning. Dozens of items had a price jump of up to about 10%. A few items had a price reduction and many items stayed the same price. I hate putting up prices but a lot of the prices of things on my site date back to pre-pandemic times.
In indifferent news my website has a new peculiarity after paypal screwed things up a while ago. When they changed a setting that affected my integration on the site I went and made some changes to fix the problem thinking that it was something I did. I didn't get the problem sorted by tweaking my site as it was at the paypal end. What I did manage to do is to make it so that orders show as being on hold rather than in progress when they get paid for. Fixing this is still on my to do list. Regardless of what my site says if everything is in stock it will be sent out that day or the next business day. If something is on backorder and won't be going out in either 1 or 2 days I will generally email and potentially break up the order.
